In mid 2014 I decided it was time to work on my lifelong dream of completing the St. Anthony’s Olympic Distance Triathlon. This event requires you to swim .9 mile, bike 25 miles, then run 6.2 miles.
My challenge was that I wasn’t strong enough and my body ached all the time. Having seen Tracie speak about her work with clients on proper mobility, I met her for a confidential consultation. Literally Tracie has your back. I have a really bad back from an accident a long time ago and have had to go to the massage therapist at least once a month to get relief for my back pain.
