In mid 2014 I decided it was time to work on my lifelong dream of completing the St. Anthony’s Olympic Distance Triathlon.  This event requires you to swim .9 mile, bike 25 miles, then run 6.2 miles.

My challenge was that I wasn’t strong enough and my body ached all the time.  Having seen Tracie speak about her work with clients on proper mobility, I met her for a confidential consultation.  It was very powerful.  By observing how I completed certain motions she immediately identified trouble spots…and guess what?  Those trouble spots matched my areas of pain.

Long story short, I started working with Tracie twice a week.  I got stronger, leaner, faster, and my pain level was greatly reduced.  In Apr 2015, I achieved my lifelong dream of completing the St. Antony’s Triathlon.
